Dave Kennedy brings more than 30 years of experience in custom home building and remodeling throughout the Kitsap Peninsula and greater Seattle metropolitan area. He is personally committed to guiding clients through every step of the building process and maintains a hands-on presence on site to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
His portfolio spans a wide range of projects, from modest single-story homes to expansive custom estates featuring premium amenities. Notable commissions include thoughtfully crafted homes throughout White Horse Golf Club community and an expansive log home estate with guest house, covered pool, sports court, and outdoor kitchen and entertainment spaces.
